Program 1, includes 8 lessons that are flexible and easy to implement in a classroom setting or, 1 on 1 in a clinic or practise. Providing kids with essential life skills as well as assisting educators and practitioners with their own understanding of Mindfulness and Meditation.

 

Program 1

In Program 1 children begin to experience what it means to live in the present moment and be mindful. They also develop a solid understanding of how the breath is the foundation of Mindfulness.

Program 1 has been designed to help children learn and experience;

  • The concept of Mindfulness
  • Present Moment Awareness
  • Deep Belly Breathing, so that they are able to feel calmer in any situation.
  • Positive Self-talk
  • and, how to be Mindful in everyday experiences.
